Burberry marketing strategies
This project featured here involved developing marketing strategies to elevate the Blueberry brand from today to 2052. We conducted market research, industry trend analysis, and consumer trend research to better understand the brand. Based on our findings, we devised several actions aimed at enhancing the brand's density over time.

EverLoom Supply Chain
A key project featured here involves creating a brand of woven tops. My group and I researched various countries, including the Philippines, El Salvador, China, and India. We analyzed these countries, identified potential suppliers, and examined shipment logistics to the US. We ranked the countries and suppliers and decided on a supply chain strategy. Additionally, we created cost sheets, designed the garments, researched logistics, and developed a sales strategy.
For this project, I conducted research on China and ranked the countries. I also contributed to the assortment plan, calculated margins, and developed the logistics strategy.

Burberry Global Expansion
This project involves expanding the Burberry brand globally to Morocco after extensive market research. We analyzed different countries and markets, ultimately choosing Morocco as the location. We also for the new sto determined the location for the new store and developed the marketing plan, product assortment, and store layout. This was a group project, and I was responsible for the market research, assortment plan, financials, and Morocco market analysis.
